Narrator (contextual Purāṇic narration within Dvārakā-māhātmya)
Tirtha: Dvārakā
Type: kshetra
Scene: Kuśa launches a blazing ‘supreme weapon’ at Keśava; Kṛṣṇa, eyes fierce yet composed, releases the Sudarśana which arcs and severs Kuśa’s head in a single radiant sweep.
Even ‘supreme weapons’ cannot prevail against the Lord’s ordained protection; dharma is upheld when the divine will intervenes against adharma.
Dvārakā is the sacred locale whose māhātmya frames the Lord’s acts as sanctifying the place and its remembrance.
No direct ritual instruction appears; the verse emphasizes divine victory within the māhātmya narrative.
