Type: kund
Listener: Dānavas/Daityas (addressed collectively)
Scene: Śrī Viṣṇu speaks with firm resolve, declaring that sinful Dānavas have blocked Muktitīrtha and that he will slay them all; the sacred water-body appears partially dammed or darkened, awaiting restoration.
Sacred places are protected by divine order; obstructing tīrtha-dharma is adharma and invites divine correction.
Muktitīrtha within the Dvārakā Māhātmya tradition of the Prabhāsa Khaṇḍa.
No direct ritual is prescribed; the verse emphasizes removing obstruction so pilgrims may access tīrtha merit.
