एवं शप्त्वा तदा विप्रावन्यस्मै गां प्रदाय तौ । क्षुधितौ खेदसंयुक्तौ स्वगृहं गन्तुमुद्यतौ
evaṃ śaptvā tadā viprāvanyasmai gāṃ pradāya tau | kṣudhitau khedasaṃyuktau svagṛhaṃ gantumudyatau
L’ayant ainsi maudit, les deux brāhmanes donnèrent ensuite la vache à un autre bénéficiaire. Affamés et accablés de fatigue, ils se mirent en route pour regagner leur demeure.
