सर्वे मंत्रास्तथाऽस्त्राणि ममवाक्यादसंशयम् । येन स्यात्पूर्ववत्सर्वो व्यवहारो नृपोद्भवः

sarve maṃtrāstathā'strāṇi mamavākyādasaṃśayam | yena syātpūrvavatsarvo vyavahāro nṛpodbhavaḥ

«Tous ces mantras, et ces armes divines aussi, surgiront sans aucun doute par mon ordre, afin que toute fonction royale et l’ordre entier du gouvernement reprennent exactement comme auparavant.»
