Transliteration

ato'haṃ kṛttikāyoge kārtikyāṃ bhaktisaṃyutaḥ | jñātvā karomi bhīṣmasya paṃcakaṃ vratamuttamam

Translation

Ainsi, en Kārttikā, au moment de la conjonction de Kṛttikā, uni à la dévotion et connaissant sa grandeur, j’observe l’excellent vœu de cinq jours de Bhīṣma.
