Transliteration

atha kopaparītāṃgī mahiṣyādharmamāśritā | lakṣmīḥ śaśāpa tāṃ kanyāṃ sapatnīti vicintya ca

Translation

Alors Lakṣmī—les membres saisis par la colère, délaissant le dharma telle une reine jalouse—maudit cette jeune fille, songeant : «Elle est une épouse rivale.»
