नित्यं दिनकृतात्पापान्मुच्यते द्विजसत्तमाः । एतद्वः सर्वमाख्यातं रुद्रशीर्षसमुद्भवम्

nityaṃ dinakṛtātpāpānmucyate dvijasattamāḥ | etadvaḥ sarvamākhyātaṃ rudraśīrṣasamudbhavam

Ô vous, les meilleurs des « deux-fois-nés » ! Chaque jour, il est délivré des péchés commis au cours de la journée. Ainsi vous ai-je tout exposé concernant l’origine et le récit du Rudraśīrṣa.
