यो यां पश्यति रूपाढ्यां नारीमपि कुलोद्भवाम् । स तत्रानीय संहृष्टो भजते द्विजसत्तमाः
yo yāṃ paśyati rūpāḍhyāṃ nārīmapi kulodbhavām | sa tatrānīya saṃhṛṣṭo bhajate dvijasattamāḥ
Quel que soit l’homme qui voit une femme riche de beauté — fût-elle issue d’une noble lignée —, transporté de joie, l’y amène et s’abandonne à l’union ; ô meilleurs des deux-fois-nés !
