ब्राह्मण उवाच । या मया सहसा दृष्टा स्वयमेव हुताशन । परकांतेन तां नाद्य शुद्धामपि गृहं नये
brāhmaṇa uvāca | yā mayā sahasā dṛṣṭā svayameva hutāśana | parakāṃtena tāṃ nādya śuddhāmapi gṛhaṃ naye
Le brāhmaṇa dit : Ô Hutāśana (Agni), celle que j’ai vue soudain de mes propres yeux auprès de l’aimé d’autrui, je ne la ramènerai pas aujourd’hui en ma maison, fût-elle purifiée.
