Transliteration

| ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | yadetadbhavatā proktaṃ tatra tau parameśvarau | umāmaheśvarau sūta hariścandreṇa bhūbhujā

Les sages dirent : Au sujet de ce que tu as exposé—ces deux Souverains suprêmes, Umā et Maheśvara—ô Sūta, dis-nous de quelle manière ils furent liés au roi Hariścandra.
