। सूत उवाच । एवं ध्यायमानेन जलमाविश्य काम्यया । सृष्टं संध्याद्वयं तच्च दृश्यतेऽद्यापि वै द्विजाः
| sūta uvāca | evaṃ dhyāyamānena jalamāviśya kāmyayā | sṛṣṭaṃ saṃdhyādvayaṃ tacca dṛśyate'dyāpi vai dvijāḥ
Sūta dit : Ainsi, tandis qu’il méditait et entrait dans les eaux, mû par son désir, fut créé un double crépuscule (deux sandhyās) ; et cela, ô deux-fois-nés, se voit encore aujourd’hui.
