एकविंशतिमे प्राप्ते ततश्च पितृतर्पणे । अशरीराऽभवद्वाणी खस्था पितृसमुद्भवा

ekaviṃśatime prāpte tataśca pitṛtarpaṇe | aśarīrā'bhavadvāṇī khasthā pitṛsamudbhavā

Quand vint la vingt et unième fois, tandis qu’il accomplissait la tarpaṇa pour les Pitṛs, une voix sans corps s’éleva du ciel—née des esprits ancestraux.
