रुदित्वाथ चिरं कालं विप्रलप्य मुहुर्मुहुः । अन्त्येष्टिं चक्रिरे तस्य वेदोक्तविधिना ततः

ruditvātha ciraṃ kālaṃ vipralapya muhurmuhuḥ | antyeṣṭiṃ cakrire tasya vedoktavidhinā tataḥ

Après avoir pleuré longtemps et s'être lamentés maintes fois, ils accomplirent ses derniers rites selon la procédure prescrite par les Védas.
