जमदग्निरुवाच । देवतार्चनवेलायां त्वं मे गृहमुपागतः । मनोरथ इव ध्यातः सर्वदेवमयोऽतिथिः

jamadagniruvāca | devatārcanavelāyāṃ tvaṃ me gṛhamupāgataḥ | manoratha iva dhyātaḥ sarvadevamayo'tithiḥ

Jamadagni dit : «Tu es venu chez moi à l’heure même du culte rendu aux dieux—tel un vœu chéri, contemplé dans l’esprit. En tant qu’hôte, tu incarnes toutes les divinités.»
