FAQs

Purification is possible through divinely sanctioned means; sincere observance of tīrtha-rites can lift even grave karmic burdens.

The promise of release refers to the indicated Śarmiṣṭhā-tīrtha and its prescribed bath timing.

Perform the prescribed tīrtha-snān on the day aligned with Tuesday (and, by context, the ṣaṣṭhī tithi).
