व्याघ्र उवाच । स्वागतं तव कल्याणि सुधेनो सत्यवादिनि । न हि सत्यवतां किंचिदशुभं विद्यते क्वचित्
vyāghra uvāca | svāgataṃ tava kalyāṇi sudheno satyavādini | na hi satyavatāṃ kiṃcidaśubhaṃ vidyate kvacit
Le tigre dit : « Sois la bienvenue, dame de bon augure — ô Sudhenū, toi qui dis la vérité. Car pour les véridiques, rien d’inauspice ne surgit jamais, nulle part. »
