Transliteration

so'pi rājā varaṃ labdhvā śāpaṃ ca tadanaṃtaram | na jagāma gṛhaṃ bhūyaścakāra sumahattapaḥ

Translation

Ce roi aussi, ayant reçu une grâce puis, aussitôt après, une malédiction, ne retourna pas chez lui ; au contraire, il entreprit de nouveau de très grandes austérités (tapas).
