ततस्ते मंत्रिणः प्रोचुर्वसिष्ठं स्वपुरोहितम् । वचोऽर्थं नृपतेरस्य कुरूपायं महामुने
tataste maṃtriṇaḥ procurvasiṣṭhaṃ svapurohitam | vaco'rthaṃ nṛpaterasya kurūpāyaṃ mahāmune
Alors ces ministres s’adressèrent à Vasiṣṭha, leur prêtre royal : « Ô grand sage, imagine un remède au malheur de ce roi. »
