अथोत्थाय जगन्नाथः प्रोवाच बलसूदनम् । कच्चित्क्षेमं सहस्राक्ष सांप्रतं भुवनत्रये । यत्त्वं देवगणैः सार्द्धं स्वयमेव इहागतः
athotthāya jagannāthaḥ provāca balasūdanam | kaccitkṣemaṃ sahasrākṣa sāṃprataṃ bhuvanatraye | yattvaṃ devagaṇaiḥ sārddhaṃ svayameva ihāgataḥ
Alors le Seigneur des mondes se leva et dit à Balasūdana (Indra) : «Ô Toi aux mille yeux, tout est-il désormais en sûreté dans les trois mondes, puisque tu es venu ici de toi-même avec les cohortes des dieux ?»
