Transliteration

sa matvā salilaṃ tatra pipāsārto mahīpatiḥ | pratasthe satvaro hṛṣṭo jalavātahṛtaklamaḥ

Translation

Pensant qu’il y avait de l’eau en ce lieu, le roi, tourmenté par la soif, s’y rendit aussitôt, prompt et joyeux ; sa lassitude fut apaisée par la brise fraîche et la proximité des eaux.
