यो यं साधयितुं मन्त्रमिच्छति द्विजसत्तम । स तस्य पूर्वमेवाथ लक्षमेकं जपेन्नरः
yo yaṃ sādhayituṃ mantramicchati dvijasattama | sa tasya pūrvamevātha lakṣamekaṃ japennaraḥ
Quiconque souhaite accomplir un mantra particulier, ô le meilleur des deux-fois-nés, doit d’abord le réciter en japa cent mille fois (un lakh).
