सूत उवाच । अथ ते सुहृदस्तस्य पुत्राः पौत्राश्च बांधवाः । प्रोचुर्नैतत्प्रयुक्तं ते श्राद्धं भोक्तुं विगर्हितम्
sūta uvāca | atha te suhṛdastasya putrāḥ pautrāśca bāṃdhavāḥ | procurnaitatprayuktaṃ te śrāddhaṃ bhoktuṃ vigarhitam
Sūta dit : Alors ses amis—avec leurs fils, petits-fils et parents—déclarèrent : «Il est inconvenant et blâmable de prendre part à ce śrāddha que tu as fait préparer».
