Transliteration

camatkārapure kṣetre mayā dattā sthitiḥ sadā | pṛthivyāṃ kulamukhyānāṃ nāgānāṃ nāgasattamāḥ

Translation

Dans le kṣetra sacré de Cāmatkārapura, j’ai accordé sur la terre une demeure perpétuelle aux Nāgas les plus éminents, chefs de leurs lignées — ô le meilleur des Nāgas.
