kāṣṭhopari mayā dattā tasya vākyādasaṃśayam | tasmātpreṣaya cānyaṃ tvaṃ guro śiṣyaṃ vicakṣaṇam | ānartaṃ raṃjayedyastu vivekena samanvitam
«Sans aucun doute, à cause de ses paroles, on m’a fait asseoir sur un simple morceau de bois. C’est pourquoi envoie un autre disciple du maître, avisé et clairvoyant, doté de discernement (viveka), capable de contenter et de guider comme il se doit ce roi.»
