Transliteration

mātaraṃ pitaraṃ dṛṣṭvā vinayāvanataḥ kvacit | kvacicca gaṃgāpuline sikatālepanākṛtiḥ

Translation

Parfois, voyant sa mère et son père, il s’incline avec humilité et déférence ; parfois, sur la rive de la Jāhnavī (Gaṅgā), il joue en enduisant le sable et en le façonnant.
