गुरूपदेशविधिना ब्रह्मभूतत्वमश्नुते । स योगी नियताहारोदण्डत्रितयधारकः

gurūpadeśavidhinā brahmabhūtatvamaśnute | sa yogī niyatāhārodaṇḍatritayadhārakaḥ

Par la méthode de l’enseignement du guru, on atteint l’état d’être Brahman. Ce yogin est réglé dans sa nourriture et porte les « trois bâtons » (tri-daṇḍa), triple maîtrise du corps, de la parole et du mental.
