रामो ह्ययं विश्वमिदं समयं स्वतेजसा व्याप्य जनांतरात्मना । पुनाति जन्मांतरपातकानि स्थूलानि सूक्ष्माणि क्षणाच्च दग्ध्वा
rāmo hyayaṃ viśvamidaṃ samayaṃ svatejasā vyāpya janāṃtarātmanā | punāti janmāṃtarapātakāni sthūlāni sūkṣmāṇi kṣaṇācca dagdhvā
Car ce Rāma, par sa propre splendeur, pénètre l’univers entier en tout temps, demeurant comme le Soi intérieur en tous les êtres. Et, les ayant brûlés en un instant, il purifie les péchés de nombreuses naissances, grossiers comme subtils.

Scene: Cosmic vision: the universe suffused with a single radiance labeled ‘Rāma’; within each being a small flame/lotus-heart shows the inner Self; dark karmic knots dissolve instantly like ash in light.
Rāma is immanent as the inner Self; remembrance of Him destroys even subtle karmic residues from countless births.
The verse appears within the Hāṭakeśvara-kṣetra Māhātmya framework, though the teaching here is primarily theological (Rāma-nāma’s purifying power).
