गुणातीताय गुणिने सूक्ष्माय गुरवेऽपि च । नमो महास्वरूपाय भस्मनो जन्मकारिणे
guṇātītāya guṇine sūkṣmāya gurave'pi ca | namo mahāsvarūpāya bhasmano janmakāriṇe
