तेषां बलाच्च पार्वत्याः शापभारेण यन्त्रितः । तां नित्यमेवानुनयन्नृचे सोवाच शंकरम्
teṣāṃ balācca pārvatyāḥ śāpabhāreṇa yantritaḥ | tāṃ nityamevānunayannṛce sovāca śaṃkaram
Et sous leur insistance, contraint par le lourd fardeau de la malédiction de Pārvatī, il s’efforçait sans cesse de l’apaiser ; puis, par un verset sacré (ṛc), il s’adressa à Śaṅkara.
