देवद्विजातिभक्तिश्च नमस्कारेण सिद्ध्यति । शूद्रोऽपि प्रातरुत्थाय कृत्वा पादाभिवंदनम्
devadvijātibhaktiśca namaskāreṇa siddhyati | śūdro'pi prātarutthāya kṛtvā pādābhivaṃdanam
La dévotion envers les Deva et le respect envers les dvija (les « deux-fois-nés ») s’accomplissent par la salutation humble ; même un śūdra, se levant tôt le matin et se prosternant aux pieds du digne, obtient ce mérite.
