Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 11

हरौ सुप्ते विशेषेण प्रदेयः प्रत्यहं नरैः । फलैरर्घ्यो विष्णुतुष्ट्यै तत्कालसमुदा हृतैः

harau supte viśeṣeṇa pradeyaḥ pratyahaṃ naraiḥ | phalairarghyo viṣṇutuṣṭyai tatkālasamudā hṛtaiḥ

Surtout lorsque l’on dit que Hari « dort » (durant le Cāturmāsya), les hommes doivent offrir chaque jour un arghya de fruits, fraîchement cueillis alors, pour la satisfaction de Viṣṇu.
