Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 42

आब्रह्मस्तंबपर्यंतं पूजितं तेन वै जगत् । अतः सुश्वेतकुसुमैर्विष्णुं संपूजयेत्सदा

ābrahmastaṃbaparyaṃtaṃ pūjitaṃ tena vai jagat | ataḥ suśvetakusumairviṣṇuṃ saṃpūjayetsadā

Par lui, le monde entier est véritablement honoré, de Brahmā jusqu’à un brin d’herbe. C’est pourquoi il faut toujours vénérer Viṣṇu avec des fleurs blanches et pures.
