Brahmā (narrating the vrata procedure; the second half reflects the votary’s resolve)
Type: temple
Scene: Inside a small temple: Nārāyaṇa image on altar; vratins in simple attire offer tulasī, flowers, and lamps; one devotee speaks the saṅkalpa with folded hands; priests prepare offerings; the scene conveys solemn resolve.
A vow is fulfilled through worship plus firm intention (saṅkalpa); devotion is expressed as committed action.
No specific tīrtha is named in this verse; it describes the worship component within the vrata narrative.
Worship Nārāyaṇa as part of the vow and make a definite saṅkalpa to perform the prescribed sacred rite (satkriyā).
