Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 13
विषमौ द्विगुणैर्दर्भैः सतिलैर्वामपार्श्वतः । पाणौ तोयं परिक्षिप्य न दर्भांस्तु कथं चन
viṣamau dviguṇairdarbhaiḥ satilairvāmapārśvataḥ | pāṇau toyaṃ parikṣipya na darbhāṃstu kathaṃ cana
Sur le côté gauche, on doit disposer, selon la règle, de façon inégale, avec l’herbe darbha en quantité doublée et avec du sésame. Après avoir aspergé d’eau la paume, qu’on ne manipule ni ne place jamais les darbhas de manière impropre.
