Transliteration

tataḥ kālena mahatā mṛtyuṃ prāpto'smyahaṃ dvijāḥ | taddānasya prabhāvena pārthivīṃ yonimāśritaḥ

Translation

Puis, après un très long temps, je rencontrai la mort, ô deux-fois-nés. Pourtant, par la puissance de ce don, j’obtins une renaissance dans le monde terrestre.
