यदन्नं पुरुषोऽश्नाति तदन्नास्तस्य देवताः । बाढमित्येव ते प्रोच्य गताः स्वंस्वं निकेतनम्
yadannaṃ puruṣo'śnāti tadannāstasya devatāḥ | bāḍhamityeva te procya gatāḥ svaṃsvaṃ niketanam
«Quelle que soit la nourriture qu’un homme mange, cette même nourriture est recevable pour les divinités qui lui sont liées.» Disant : «Qu’il en soit ainsi», ils acquiescèrent et s’en allèrent, chacun vers sa demeure.
