मृष्टान्नादो मृष्टवाक्यः सदा जपपरायणः । एते ब्राह्मणा ज्ञेया निःशेषाः पंक्तिपावनाः

Transliteration

mṛṣṭānnādo mṛṣṭavākyaḥ sadā japaparāyaṇaḥ | ete brāhmaṇā jñeyā niḥśeṣāḥ paṃktipāvanāḥ

Translation

Ceux dont la nourriture est pure, dont la parole est raffinée, et qui demeurent toujours voués au japa : de tels Brāhmaṇa doivent être reconnus comme de parfaits « purificateurs de la rangée du repas », sanctifiant toute l’assemblée lors des repas rituels.
