अथ धन्वतरिर्वैद्यः स्वबुद्ध्या पृथिवीपते । नागालाने यतो जाता नागवल्ली भविष्यति

atha dhanvatarirvaidyaḥ svabuddhyā pṛthivīpate | nāgālāne yato jātā nāgavallī bhaviṣyati

Alors Dhanvantari, le médecin divin, par sa propre intelligence, ô seigneur de la terre, déclara : «Puisqu’elle est née dans l’enclos de Nāgālaya, elle sera connue sous le nom de Nāgavallī (la liane du bétel).»
