ततः कालेन महता रामरूपी जनार्दनः । रावणस्य वधार्थाय जातो दशरथालये

tataḥ kālena mahatā rāmarūpī janārdanaḥ | rāvaṇasya vadhārthāya jāto daśarathālaye

Puis, après un long laps de temps, Janārdana sous la forme de Rāma naquit dans la maison de Daśaratha, afin d’anéantir Rāvaṇa.
