यदि तेषां मनस्तुष्टिर्जायते द्विजसत्तमाः । ततः सूक्तानि वाक्यानि सौम्यानि सुशुभानि च । वारुणानि तथैंद्राणि मांगल्यप्रभवाणि च

yadi teṣāṃ manastuṣṭirjāyate dvijasattamāḥ | tataḥ sūktāni vākyāni saumyāni suśubhāni ca | vāruṇāni tathaiṃdrāṇi māṃgalyaprabhavāṇi ca

Si, ô meilleurs des deux-fois-nés, leur esprit devient satisfait, alors naissent des hymnes et des paroles bien dites—douces, belles et de bon augure—ainsi que des énoncés au caractère de Varuṇa et d’Indra, issus de l’auspiciosité même.
