Skanda (deduced)
Type: ghat
Scene: A fifth ritual platform near a sacred water/altar space; priests seated with palm-leaf/recitation posture; offerings arranged; Viṣṇu’s presence implied through śaṅkha-cakra symbols; atmosphere of auspiciousness and purification.
Purification and prosperity-oriented hymns, aligned with divine guardianship (here Viṣṇu), are integrated into tīrtha observances.
This is part of the Garttā-tīrtha ritual regimen described in the chapter.
Establish a fifth platform for the mudrikā-related act and recite Śrīsūkta, Pāvamāna hymns, and a Viṣṇu-presided Śākuna recitation.
