Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 57

यत्किञ्चिद्वा श्रुतं लोके पुराणाग्र्यं व्यवस्थितम् । वर्तमानं भविष्यच्च तदहं वेद्मि भो द्विजाः

yatkiñcidvā śrutaṃ loke purāṇāgryaṃ vyavasthitam | vartamānaṃ bhaviṣyacca tadahaṃ vedmi bho dvijāḥ

Tout ce qui s’entend dans le monde, et tout ce qui est établi dans le Purāṇa le plus éminent—qu’il concerne le présent ou l’avenir—je le sais, ô deux-fois-nés.
