दौर्भाग्यदोषसंपन्ना नागरीभिः समावृता । अस्माकं सुखमार्गोऽयं नृत्यगीतसमुद्भवः

daurbhāgyadoṣasaṃpannā nāgarībhiḥ samāvṛtā | asmākaṃ sukhamārgo'yaṃ nṛtyagītasamudbhavaḥ

Entourée des femmes de la cité et marquée par la faute du malheur, elle dit : «Voici notre voie de plaisir, née de la danse et du chant.»
