राक्षसो वा पिशाचो वा भूतो वा मानुषोऽपि वा । एतत्कृत्यतमं नागा मम यज्ञस्य रक्षणम्
rākṣaso vā piśāco vā bhūto vā mānuṣo'pi vā | etatkṛtyatamaṃ nāgā mama yajñasya rakṣaṇam
Qu’il s’agisse d’un rākṣasa, d’un piśāca, d’un bhūta, ou même d’un homme—ô Nāgas, votre devoir le plus élevé est de protéger mon yajña, mon sacrifice sacré.
