Type: kshetra
Scene: Vasiṣṭha, serene and radiant, addresses the Devī with sweet words; devotees gather with folded hands, lamps and flowers, as the sanctum glows with a gentle aura of assent.
Dharma transforms even fearsome forces into objects of regulated worship; devotion and right order sublimate danger into sacred practice.
This verse speaks of instituting pūjā but does not name the specific tīrtha in isolation; the locality must be inferred from the surrounding chapter context.
Pūjā (formal worship) is prescribed—performed by mindful devotees (samāhita) with supreme bhakti.
