Type: kshetra
Listener: Bhagavān (Deva)
Scene: Puṣpa, earnest and contrite, petitions the deity to restore Caṇḍaśarmā’s status; Caṇḍaśarmā stands nearby, humbled; a gathered Nāgara assembly is implied as the agent of reinstatement.
The highest boon is ethical repair—seeking to undo harm done to others, especially to the virtuous.
This verse is narrative dialogue within Tīrthamāhātmya; it does not directly name the tīrtha in this line.
A boon is requested: social-spiritual reinstatement (samānatā) of the fallen Caṇḍaśarmā by the Nāgara community.
