Transliteration

evaṃ niścitya manasā sūryavāreṇa saptamī | yadā'yātā dvijaśreṣṭhāstadā cāṣṭottaraṃ śatam

Translation

Ayant ainsi arrêté sa décision en son cœur, lorsque le septième jour lunaire (Saptamī) tomba un dimanche, et lorsque arrivèrent les meilleurs des brāhmanes, alors le rite se déroula selon le nombre sacré de cent huit (108).
