सांप्रतं मद्गृहे सोऽथ लोभनायागमिष्यति । स च कृत्रिम वेषेण निषेद्धव्यस्त्वया हि सः । स तथेति प्रतिज्ञाय द्वारदेशं समाश्रितः

sāṃprataṃ madgṛhe so'tha lobhanāyāgamiṣyati | sa ca kṛtrima veṣeṇa niṣeddhavyastvayā hi saḥ | sa tatheti pratijñāya dvāradeśaṃ samāśritaḥ

À présent, il viendra chez moi pour séduire et tromper. Et puisqu’il arrive sous un déguisement factice, tu dois assurément l’arrêter. Il promit : «Qu’il en soit ainsi», puis se posta près de la porte.
