मया श्रुतं सुरश्रेष्ठ सप्तम्यां सूर्यवासरे । यस्ते प्रदक्षिणानां च कुर्यादष्टोत्तरं शतम् । तस्य त्वं तत्क्षणादेव फलहस्तस्य सिद्धिदः
mayā śrutaṃ suraśreṣṭha saptamyāṃ sūryavāsare | yaste pradakṣiṇānāṃ ca kuryādaṣṭottaraṃ śatam | tasya tvaṃ tatkṣaṇādeva phalahastasya siddhidaḥ
J’ai entendu, ô le plus excellent des dieux, qu’au septième jour lunaire, lorsqu’il tombe un dimanche, quiconque accomplit pour toi cent huit pradakṣiṇā (circumambulations) —à celui-là tu accordes sur-le-champ la siddhi, comme en déposant le fruit dans sa main, c’est-à-dire un résultat immédiat.
