सोऽपि निष्कामतां प्राप्य निर्भर्त्स्य च मुहुर्मुहुः । भाषिकाभिरनेकाभिस्तापयित्वा च भामिनीम्

so'pi niṣkāmatāṃ prāpya nirbhartsya ca muhurmuhuḥ | bhāṣikābhiranekābhistāpayitvā ca bhāminīm

Et lui aussi, ayant sombré dans l'absence de désir, l'accabla de reproches maintes et maintes fois ; par de nombreuses paroles blessantes, il fit souffrir cette femme passionnée.
